Keeley Townsend is a writer, editor, former government analyst, and current doctoral student pursuing a PhD in public administration and urban policy. She holds a Bachelor of Science in environmental geography, Master of Arts in urban affairs and public policy, and Master of Business Administration in strategic management. Her research interests include information integrity, business process optimization, plain language writing, and curriculum development in government agencies and public service organizations.
